Final Payment: The final payment is due at the time of processing and will be calculated at $5.25 per pound of hanging weight. Please note the following additional fees:

• Butcher Fee: $1.25 per pound
• Kill Fee: $50

You’ll also have the chance to coordinate your seasoning and cut selections with the butcher to ensure you get exactly what you want. Please be aware that additional fees may apply to the final cost based on your preferences.
